Ellie Tompkins
Creative Lead
UK-based Graphic Designer, Illustrator, and co-founder of Soulful Creatives.
My design journey began at Plymouth College of Art, where I studied Design and Illustration, before pursuing a degree in Visual Communication at Bournemouth University.
I’ve had the opportunity to work both as a freelance designer and as an in-house Graphic Designer, collaborating with a diverse range of clients, including small business owners, charities, and individuals in the wellness space.
I’m passionate about creating vibrant, fun, and unique designs that bring a fresh perspective to every project.
Outside of design, I’m an avid traveler who loves exploring new places and cultures. I strive to live a conscious, mindful life and follow a vegan lifestyle.
Jaunita Villalobos
Content Lead
With Colombian roots, but raised in London and now calling Brighton home, I’ve always been drawn to the magic of art, culture, and mindful living.
My journey led me to study Visual Communication and later pursue Creative Project Management in the inspiring city of Barcelona.
Along the way, I’ve collaborated with many startups and independent businesses, such as yoga studio, cultural festivals and animal welfare charities, crafting creative strategies as an art director, content creator, and social media manager.
What drives me? A deep passion for helping purpose-driven brands thrive. I believe in the power of meaningful work.
Daniel Beck
Operations & Digital Lead
I began my journey in digital media design at Bournemouth University, where I co-founded a now-thriving creative agency during my studies. Fueled by ambition, I made the leap to London, diving headfirst into a variety of roles that allowed me to hone my skills in marketing and transition into digital product management.
Beyond my professional career, I’ve embraced freelance opportunities as a video editor and music producer, and I occasionally channel my passion for music by organizing events along the south coast.
Driven by a love for variety, I’m always on the lookout for my next creative challenge—whether it’s crafting compelling content, managing innovative projects, or exploring fresh ideas.
